EAPC Reference Groups are formed by teams who have previously served on a Task Force and who have clearly demonstrated their ability to deliver on multiple projects with demonstrable outputs. Examples include white papers, policy documents and tools for practice and research.

EAPC Reference Groups will have a core group membership of at least five people representing geographical and professional diversity and who demonstrate expertise in the particular area. The group will have an 8-year (maximum) time frame to achieve their objectives.
