World Health Organization (WHO)

WHO is the directing and coordinating authority for health within the United Nations system. It is responsible for providing leadership on global health matters. The WHO Access to Controlled Medications Programme is responsible for activities directed at improving access to controlled medicines.

International Narcotics Control Board (INCB)

International Narcotics Control Board (INCB)  is the independent and quasi-judicial control organ monitoring the implementation of the United Nations drug control conventions. It was established in 1968 in accordance with the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, 1961.

United Nation (UN)

The United Nation (UN) is an international organization of nations pledged to promote fundamental human rights, world peace and security, maintain treaty obligations and the observance of international law, and cooperate in furthering social progress.
